What happened was, I was pulling out of a gas station, while everyone had a red light (and they let me out), but this woman driving a big car did not see the red light and swerved into the lane I was currently (which was CLOSED left turn lane, that only began about 20 feet from where I was) in as I was coming out of the gas station and only the nose of my car was in the lane. She was going at least 35 to 40 MPH, coming up to a RED light and then she slammed on the brakes (leaving marks on the pavement about 6 to 10 feet long) and hit me on the nose of my vehicle. The officer stated I was at fault even though the woman did not have her signal on, and swerved to avoid rear ending the long line of cars stopped at the intersection. Please donate to help cover costs of repairing my vehicle, and attourney fees so that they will actually perform an investigation.
